News from the company and its subsidiaries
A new entity called ?Infflux Opsoma? has been created within our Supply Chain division. In a context of sustained order intake, this company, a 100% Penta subsidiary, is intended to support the department's new ?WCS? mechanized warehousing projects and generate new related applications.
Ingrif has taken over the activities of the SLS division of the Belgian group NSI, which specialises in "WCS" (Warehouse Control System) supervision and management software for mechanised warehouses. These activities, which complement our Supply Chain Execution offering, are intended to be integrated and generate cross-functional synergies within the division's entities (Ingrif, Penta, Infflux, Microtrans and Opsoma).
The company Eppe-Segrif is now 100% owned by Asco. The aim is to ensure the long-term future of these entities by bringing them together to form a larger entity capable of organising synergies, particularly through the sharing of skills, commercial policy or the identification of joint innovation projects.
