100% buyback of Microtrans
The PENTA company bought 100% of the Microtrans company specialized in the TMS software (Transport Management System) complementary to the WMS software (Warehouse Management System) developed by INFFLUX. Strong synergies are expected from the PENTA-INFFLUX-MICROTRANS merger.
