100% takeover of Infflux
In March 2013, PENTA took over 100% of INFFLUX in a mixed operation of repurchase and exchange of shares. Following this operation, the CFD group dedicates 52% of PENTA. The company INFFLUX produces warehouse management software (WMS) with a turnover of 3 million Euro and 45 employees. www.infflux.com
