The entities Segrif and Eppe have merged following the reorganisation of the Belgian group's activities (Segrif, Ingrif, Eppe). All industrial activities are now grouped at Eppe-Segrif, while IT activities are carried by Ingrif.
CFD has disposed of 51% of the shares held in Combrail following a sale agreement finalised in September 2022.
CFD has strengthened its stake in the "SCE pole" (Infflux, Penta, Microtrans) by increasing its stake in Penta. CFD now owns 94% of the division following a buyout agreement finalised in November 2022.
